She is a focused and effective Real Estate Professional with expertise in financial management that benefits the brokerage, its projects and all of its individual clients. Renetta provides leadership and support to the staff, ensures that all transactions are compliant with applicable laws, and that each Realtor conforms strictly to the Code of Ethics prescribed by the National Association of Realtors in delivering professional real estate services to the public. Renetta managed the closing department at a previous real estate firm, where she was responsible for facilitating and overseeing every transaction initiated by each Realtor. Renetta was also in charge of new construction; new construction consisted of the execution of contracts to the closing of the deal and everything in between. In summation of this process, she built relationships with non-profit organizations, lenders, builders, insurance agents, escrow agents, attorneys, inspectors and more.

With a passion for educating and helping others, one of Renetta's specialties is guiding buyers through the process of purchasing their new first home, which includes homebuyer's education, budgeting and finances, inspections, insuring and properly maintaining your home.
